SKILLS
SCHEDULING & PLANNING
• Prepare full resource-loaded schedule with a complete EPC level 5 breakdown, interlinked logically to match the construction sequence of work.
• Perform weekly schedule update and look ahead (actual dates, remaining durations, resource check, delay analysis, critical path analysis)
• Prepare extension of time schedule (EoT) with its corresponding running cost analysis using impacted baseline technique.
COST CONTROL & REPORTING
• Prepare full budget review including revised unit rates, quantities, actual costs, forecasts, and margin variance analysis, in coordination with commercial manager, estimation and top management
• Perform full cost control monitoring at the level of purchase requests, purchase orders, petty cash, labor hire and subcontracts agreement by preparing an EVM efficiency report along with key performance indicators.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress and cost report for management review including interactive visual and pictorial presentation: progress percentage, S-curve, cash flow, forecasts, payment plan, and cash position.
• Learn and train colleagues about the newly implemented ERP cost control system: Dynamics 365 & Ineight, along with Power Bi reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoice payment (Interim Payment Application IPAs)
• Assist procurement and finance on proper cost coding techniques for PRs, POs and supplier’s invoices.
• Implement a project monitoring system (PMS) for daily actual quantities and man-hours monitoring.
• Approve/reject subcontractor’s VOs based on takeoff quantity review and commercial value
• Prepare VOs with relevant time and cost impact analysis in coordination with QS and construction team
• Produce list of work package/cost component and communicate them among project stakeholders.
