Abdelhady Hosny is a project management professional with over 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, and risk management for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. He has successfully led multi-billion-dollar ventures. Currently serving as the Scheduling Manager for PCL Constructions’ Montreal District, he oversees their planning department, interfacing with key stakeholders to manage delays and optimize recovery strategies.
He has played pivotal roles in restructuring organizational frameworks, establishing PMOs, and developing integrated project schedules with over 75,000 activities. His expertise spans commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects with cumulative budgets exceeding CAD 7.95 billion.
Dr. Hosny holds a PhD in Construction Engineering & Management from Concordia University. His academic contributions include eight published papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, addressing critical topics such as schedule quality assessment and risk-based planning methodologies.
